J&J Tools Warranty Terms

All products are warranted for the period listed from the date of sale by the retail outlet.

Warranty covers faulty workmanship and materials. Items not covered by warranty are chucks, retainer springs, files, pads, driver blades, blades, o'rings, gaskets, punches, dies and needles. If uncertain please contact J&J Tools.

Goods being claimed for warranty are to be returned to the point of purchase with the sales invoice. If goods are sent direct to J&J Tools or any authorized service repair agent a copy of the sales invoice must be included and freight pre-paid. Warranty will not be granted if the goods have been misused or abused in any way.

J&J Tools liability under this warranty is to repair or replace the defective tool. The ultimate decision to repair or replace the defective tool is at the discretion of J&J Tools.
